Advizia (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding privacy while delivering actionable insights for your venue. Our Pulse sensor array collects environmental signals like entry and exit counts, occupancy, crowd flow, ambient light, temperature, humidity, sound levels and the songs being played. It does not record or store raw video or audio of your guests.

All sensing and fusion happens locally on-device; only anonymized, aggregated data streams are sent to our secure cloud for analysis. We use this data to provide real-time dashboards, alerts and trend reports that help you optimize staffing, music and ambiance. We never sell personal data or share venue-level analytics with third parties without your permission.

We integrate with your point-of-sale (POS), weather and review systems only with your authorization. These integrations allow us to correlate foot-traffic patterns and ambient conditions with sales, reviews and external events. All transmissions are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized staff.
