ADVIZIA PRIVACY POLICY

Advizia, Inc. ("we", "us") operates Pulse 1.0 devices and the Platform. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data from venue owners ("Customers") and patrons.
1. DATA COLLECTED
- Customer: Business name, email, payment info, login credentials, device logs.
- Patrons: Anonymized foot-traffic, heat-maps, dwell times.
- Images/Video: Stored max 24 hours, auto-deleted unless Customer exports.
- NO facial recognition or biometric identifiers are stored.
2. HOW WE USE DATA
- Deliver Services (dashboard, alerts, billing).
- Improve products and create Aggregated/Anonymized Data.
- Retain raw data under perpetual license (see TOS Section 5.3).
3. DATA SHARING
- With service providers (cloud, analytics) under strict confidentiality.
- Law enforcement: ONLY with valid warrant. We notify Customer within 4 hours unless prohibited.
4. SECURITY
We use encryption, access controls, and regular audits to protect data.
5. YOUR RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)
- Access, delete, or opt-out of data sale (Aggregated Data is not a "sale").

- Response within 45 days.
6. ILLINOIS BIPA COMPLIANCE
- No biometric data collected.
- Images auto-purged in 24 hours.
- No consent required for anonymized analytics.
7. DATA RETENTION
- Customer Data: Deleted 30 days after termination (except under TOS 5.3).
- Aggregated Data: Retained indefinitely.
8. CHANGES
We’ll notify you 30 days before material changes via email or in-app.
